By accessing ActFelt Studio services, you agree to follow community standards, respect instructors and peers, and use the services only for lawful purposes.
You must not misuse the services, attempt to interfere with normal operation, or access areas you are not authorized to access.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You represent that any information you provide is accurate and up to date. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us promptly.
Course recordings, scripts, worksheets, exercises, and other proprietary materials are provided for personal educational use. Do not share, publish, or redistribute them without written permission.
If you submit content (e.g., self-tapes, written work, feedback), you grant us a limited license to use it solely to deliver the service (e.g., providing critiques, facilitating class activities), unless otherwise agreed.
All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply depending on your location. Scholarships and discounts may be offered at our discretion.
For subscriptions or installment plans, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the applicable payment method according to the schedule shown at checkout.
If a payment fails, we may pause access to paid services until payment is resolved.
You may cancel up to 48 hours before the course start for a full refund. After the start date, refunds are prorated based on attendance, unless otherwise specified at purchase.
Missed sessions may not be refundable. If we cancel a session or program, we will offer an appropriate remedy (reschedule, credit, or refund as applicable).
ActFelt Studio aims to be a respectful learning environment. Harassment, hateful conduct, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from a class or termination of access, with or without refund depending on circumstances.
If you believe someone has violated these standards, report it promptly so we can review and respond.
We may communicate with you about classes, scheduling, receipts, policy changes, and service messages. Where required by law, you can opt out of marketing communications.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
We provide education services “as is” and do not guarantee specific outcomes (including auditions, bookings, representation, or casting results). Your progress depends on practice, participation, and external factors beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the extent allowed by law, ActFelt Studio and its instructors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services will not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable service during the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.
